Anyone who registers can send me an issue, and I will share it with the group and never identify who it came from. They can be things like, “I want to ask for a raise and don’t know how,” or “my boss expects me to answer texts at 8 pm,” or even, “everyone works hybrid, and I’m in the office full-time. How can I work hybrid too?” ANY issue you want.
Anyone can answer. You can share what you’ve done, what’s worked, and what hasn’t worked. You can ask questions based on any responses too. This isn’t about me sharing what I think you should do. This is a group of like-minded admins helping each other.
And, we have a lot of laughs and fun doing it. Of course, the wine is optional, but you have permission to have a glass, and you won’t be judged (I have a very large glass that I enjoy during the sessions.)
Bring your issues, bring your willingness to open the conversation, and join the conversation. This is a “Help Me Rhonda” or “Dear Abby” type of forum.
